STAGE 2IMPLEMENTATION OF THE P ILOT PROJ EC TS JOINTLY WITH REGIONAL STATE ADMINISTR A-TIONS (RSAS): IN ODESSA ,LVIV AND K YIV REGIONS
Steps for implementing “a pilot” with RSA:
1 Make consulting sessions and develop a program for pilot project implementation with RSA
2 Sign a partnership agreement with RSA
3 Select candidates for the positions of investment agents (3 persons in each RSA)
4 Conduct training and internship for investment agents (1 month + 1 month)
5 Develop and implement the documents for regulating the activity and key performance indicators
(KPIs) for investment agents
6 Obtain from RSA an access to the database of potential investors in the region and existing
investment projects
7 Provide a new service: search, attraction and implementation of the first investment projects
(during 6-month period)
8 Accompany and monitor investment project at all stages
