v Chief Opera>ng Officer (COO) – Mr Tony Davis Mr Davis is a highly accomplished and experienced mining engineer with more than 20 years’ opera0ng experience in the Australian mining industry, across a range of commodi0es including gold, base metals and coal in both open cut and underground mines. A graduate of the WA School of Mines, Tony was recently COO for Unity Mining and has previously held senior management roles with Rio Tinto, WMC, Pasminco, CBH and Sons of Gwalia. v Explora>on Manager – Mr Michael Green Ex Newmont Mining-‐ Broad experience with mineralised systems at Newmont working in both the Regional Explora0on Team in QLD, NSW and the NT before moving to the Tanami Opera0ons where he was responsible for both near mine and District explora0on. During that 0me at Newmont Michael was a part of the team that made the Oberon Regional discovery, and the near mine Auron Ore body discovery which has significantly increased the LOM at Newmont Tanami Opera0ons. Responsible for near mine resource development and delinea0on with a significant component involving the management of contractors and a large geology team.
v Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-‐ Ms Melanie Leydin Melanie is a Chartered Accountant and is a Registered Company Auditor. She graduated from Swinburne university in 1997, became a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and since February 2000 has been the principal of chartered accoun0ng firm, Leydin Freyer. In the course of her prac0ce she audits listed and unlisted public companies involved in the resources industry. Ms Leydin has 19 years experience in the accoun0ng profession and is a director, CFO and company secretary for a number of oil and gas, junior mining and explora0on en00es on the Australian Stock Exchange.
To be a mid-‐0er miner crea0ng significant value for shareholders through the acquisi0on, development and opera0on of assets that have the ability to sustain high opera0ng margins, return cash to shareholders and have a self funding growth profile.
