The program provides attractive and lucrative commissions along with sales support, sales and marketing tools and dedicated resources to help you grow their business using our tools and assets.

WHO QUALIFIES AND WORKS NEW PARTNER APPLICATIONS THAT COME THROUGH

PARTNER PORTAL?

First look at which country the Partner application lists to see if it falls within your

geography.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEW PARTNER OPPORTUNITIES THAT GET SENT OVER VIA

SALES WHEN THEY CHECK THE BOX IN AN OPPORTUNITY THAT SAYS “CHANNEL

PROSPECT”?

The CAE that supports the location that the channel prospect resides will handle all

new prospects submitted via sales.

DO WE PAY RESALE PARTNERS A COMMISSION?

No, today resell is not a formal partner program, a business that is “reselling” Peer 1

services today is under a customer agreement and is buying service at a discount.

Resell motions are based on a margin model.

CAN A CHANNEL REP SIT DOWN WITH ME TO REVIEW MY ACCOUNTS AND HELP

IDENTIFY POTENTIAL PARTNERS?

Yes, CAEs would love to review your current customer base and help you identify

potential new Indirect Channel Partners. If you have potential partners in your account

set that become channel partners, you increase the chances of earning additional

business through them as well as cross-selling into other lines.

HOW DOES PEER 1 HOSTING HELP MY BUSINESS? Beyond all the perks of the SMART Partner Program, working with a well-respected and publicly traded hosting provider provides you with the confidence you need to entrust your customers’ and peers’ businesses with us. Also, we fill in the gap in your service offerings with our arsenal of hosting services. You don’t have to build up you own hosting infrastructure, processes expertise to meet the needs of your customers.

The updated program does not have certification or accreditation requirements. It

does have level participation requirements.

WHAT TOOLS/MARKETING SUPPORT ARE AVAILABLE TO US?

Your most valuable resource for product marketing or sales support will be your

Channel Account Executive.

WILL THERE BE A NEW PORTAL TO USE TO REGISTER

OPPORTUNITIES/PROSPECTS/DEALS, AND WHAT WILL THE PROCESS BE?

The new agreement is global with regional terms and conditions.
