Each concept can hold detailed knowledge about the way this concept needs to be handled.

A WebStudio project may contain not only a thesaurus but also a document corpus

A user can add documents directly into the WebStudio

By clicking on „Preview“ the user can see where in a document corpus a given concept applies (results in a match)


This may also reveal new terms (like „domestic shorthair cat“)


Terms in a thesaurus may be ambiguous: „turkey“ is a bird but the uppercase „Turkey“ is a country. We don‘t want to treat „Turkey“ as a bird.

The user can specify that this concept needs to be handled in a strict manner: i.e. the „case“ information must be maintained

The WebStudio Relevant Term Finder feature can suggest potentially interesting, terms (not yet in the thesaurus)

The WebStudio can also suggest new synonyms based on DBPedia and additional analysis

Automated Suggestions Identify relevant concepts in your corpus

• Suggestions feature can be customized by using any Skill Cartridge®

• In this example the TM360 SC® identifies names of Companies, Organizations and People present in the corpus but not in the ontology
