How can I place an

order via the LuxCloud partner portal?

Go to the LuxCloud Partner Portal and login

Click on the “My Markets” icon

Click on the “Add Customer” button

Add customer information and press the “add customer” button

Select a service to order. Remember that Gateway4Cloud is a container product that has many options.

Choose the options required for the customer and press “subscribe” at the bottom to start the provisioning.

After provisioning is done click on configure to setup the customers account.

Here you can setup and configure the cloud products and service users for your customer.
