Presentation of the Alarm Management Solution
Alarm managementOur solution humanizes connected devices by sharing their information with private
communities of the social hub.

→The connected objects (e.g. sensors) we integrate in our platform become part of our private social network and interact with humans.
→We collect sensors data and send alarms in real time to a private community of caregivers who can manage the issue and inform the other members of the community.
→We also send these alarms via E-Mail, Facebook (Desktop), SMS (optional) and are currently working on mobile notifications (IOS, Android).

Sensors installation& activation
The smart sensors are installed at home.
Each user gets a personal activation code with a QR-Code allowing them to activate the alarm application.

Landing Page & Sign in
The user scans the QR-Code and gets tolanding page of the app.
The user either creates a free Hakisa account, or signs in with one of our partner hubs.

Settings & Caretaker invitationThe user enters the personal activation code in order to connect the sensors to the social hub.
The user then invites caretakers to manage the alarms.

Alarm situation
Intelligent sensors detect an unusual situation. The caretakers are immediately notified on the platform, by e-mail, on Facebook (Desktop) and by SMS (optional).
We also are currently working on push notifications for mobile devices (iOS and Android).

Communication about the alarm
Caretakers declare whether they take the alarm in charge or not.
All caretakers can communicate around the alarm and stay informed about the evolution of the situation.

End of the Alarm & History
All caretakers are notified once the alarm is closed.
They also have access to the alarm history and can even communicate about the alarm once it is closed.
