Setup Already Present & Working

The server cluster farm for Tele ICU from GE is installed & working at KSDC

KSDC is already connected to 5C Net MPLS with a 16 mbps fiber.

Private APN for the hospital network has already been configured and around 10 SIMs are live and working.

First step as per Discussions

Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology in Bangalore needs to be connected with an 8 Mbps MPLS channel.

Referral Hospitals of Kidwai in Gulbarga and Mandya need to be connected with a 4Mbps link

Overall Design & Topology

• 5C Network has developed solution to help GE Healthcare provide a managed & hosted connectivity platform for their Tele Medical solutions

• 5C Network provides private NON SHARED MPLS connectivity using terrestrial i.e., fiber copper, PPP or Point to Point to multipoint radio & MPLS over 3G using Vodafone 3G Spectrum.

• The Connectivity to the specialists who are mobile is on a 3G network.

• The connectivity comes with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• The 3G connectivity is provided over 5CNET private APN cloud.

• The server cluster of the telemedical solutions is already being hosted in KSDC and is a node on the 5C Network.

The call flow details using our MPLS over 3G has been mentioned here for the sake of

reference only.

• Users or in specific the specialists are authenticated at the MSC through HLR and AUC

• Next step using the Radius Server, each of the respective Network module at the traffic signals will be assigned the private static IP address from the radius server.

• End to end communication will establish through the NNI between GGSN and the MPLS gateway.
