If you are coming first time choose the option new patient (If you are our existing patient then choose the option ‘old patient’ and put your MHC ID). Then go to next page.

• Step-2 - Then choose your location and payment method and order online.

• Step-3 - After the payment one form comes, 'the online case history format'. Please fill up that and choose your online doctor appointment date and time as per your suitability. Come for chat consultation with Dr Satapathy as the time you have booked. Narrate your detail health problems during your consultation time. After doctor consultation your medicines with prescription will be sent to you at your residence address by courier .
