1. Low Table or Bench Breast Exercise
Hold approximately 5 lb weight oneach of your hand and lie down onyour back on a low table or bench.Keep your arms outspread beside youand parallel to the shoulders. Now liftup the weights above yourself tillboth your arms meet, while lying in astraight position.
2. Pushups Breast Exercise
Pushups are an important exercisethat lets you build your chest’smuscles. All you need to do is justlie on your stomach with your palmsflat and turn your elbows atshoulder level. Once you are donewith this, straighten your legs onfloor or you might also place yourknees on the floor along withkeeping your back in a straightposition.
3. Straight-back chair Breast Exercise
Hold 5 lb weights in both handsand hang your arms on sides butremember to keep your backstraight. Lift the weights outwardstill your arms and shoulder are inthe same alignment and count tillfive. Come back to the initialposition.
4. Arm rotations Breast Exercise
Simple yet effective exercise, armrotation demands you to simplyrotate your arms. Initially, you aresupposed to rotate each armindividually for 20 times and afterthat start rotating both the arms ina simultaneous way for 20 times.
5. Walk ups Breast Exercise
Stand around two feet away from awall and then keep your hands onthe wall at chest level. Now slowlylean towards the wall with yourarms and chest muscles till yournose touches the wall.
