Setup your Jawbone on www.up.jawbone.com or on your Jawbone App (instructions ‘GET THE APP’ is in the box)Write down your login details; you will need them to link the Jawbone app with dacadoo

Accept my invitation to join dacadoo or Go to www.dacadoo.com.au Click ‘Register’

Fill in the spaces

Fill in your details NOTE: All data is encrypted to Swiss banking standards NO ONE has access to your personal data

Based on what you have entered, here is your first ROUGH Health Score and how you compare to the dacadoo universe
The accuracy will improve when you add more info – see page 20

For the STEP Challenge you do not need to tick any boxes HOWEVER, we encourage you to tick at least one more to explore more
elements of your health and wellbeing; if you are active maybe choose ‘Movement’?

Check Notifications Confirm your email address

You will now see this page To link with Jawbone click the wheel and choose ‘My Account’

Click on ‘Connections’

To the right of Jawbone click ‘Connect’

Login into your Jawbone account Click ‘Agree’
