2. Role and level of coordinator important
3. Panel composition should be relevant to determinants
4. Level of responsibility of Panel members critical
5. Minimum of 3 days required for meeting
6. Initial group of panelist represents RHCS ad hoc committee
Prepared by:- Bongs Lainjo
7. Selection process of group moderator and rapporteurs important
8. Rapporteurs are responsible for first draft report
9. Minimum of one month required for planning (logistics, mobilization)
10. Media participation important
11. Limit total number of participants to 10 per group
12. Leadership role of National government very important factor
Prepared by:- Bongs Lainjo
RAPSYS: Lessons Learned (cont’d)
!
13. Panel members come from National & sub national levels
14. Participatory nature of meeting is a strong motivating factor.
15. Strong level of ownership among participants also a motivating factor
