Exam

1. After completing the Monofilament Foot Exam and finalizing the appropriate documentation within the progress notes, the user must Update the Health Maintenance section by double clicking on the HM topic and filling in the mandatory information. It will display the updated information.

Charge Capture7. User must click on Charge Capture Then Skin and Nails and finally “Monofilament Foot Exam (G9226)”
