FAQ Ø Health aides can not connect the monitor? Answer: (1)Check your phone Bluetooth is normal; (2)Check the Bluetooth of monitor is turned on; (3)Restart the monitor Bluetooth，and close the Bluetooth of phone. Then exit health aides and wait 20s re-enter the software. Ø How to search for devices? Answer: Health aides will pop up when you open the paired devices and search dialog, and you can click to the device search. Or through the phone menu Bluetooth pairing menu item to enter and search dialog paired devices. Ø Is not need Bluetooth pairing before connecting? Answer:no.The user can select a paired device or no-paired device to connect. Ø Health aides support other os phone in addition to Android? Answer:no.Currently only supports Android mobile phone. Ø What are the requirements for mobile phones? Answer:Android 2.2 phones and above systems, Bluetooth 2.x and Bluetooth 3.0 (not support Bluetooth 4.0).
