Eustress• It is termed as good stress.• Stress that is healthy or
gives one a feeling of fulfillment or other positive feelings. It’s a process of gaining new potentials.
Distress• It is termed as a bad stress.• It’s a severe strain resulting
from exhaustion or an accident.
