If your child has ADHD, you know what anightmare bedtime can be. Especially if you wantto use a natural treatment for ADHD, rather thanresorting to the usual drugs for ADHD or asleeping medication.

Fortunately, there are some things you can do that will help your child fall and stay asleep without medication. It may take a while to be fully successful with these techniques, but they will help in the long run.

Decide on a set schedule and keep to it

Creating a predictable, consistent sleepschedule and environment is essential. Makesure your child goes to bed at the same timeevery night and wakes up at the same timeevery morning—including weekends.

Offer your child small rewards for doing what you expect her to do on time, such as getting into her pajamas. Rewards can be anything small and easy for you to provide, such as stickers or a special treat the next day.
