What is health?

type of exercise which shows that you have endurance, strength, agility, skill, coordination and flexibility.

American Heart Association, support the recommendation of the American Heart Association to limit your daily intake of sodium (salt) to less than 1,500 milligrams in order to reduce the risk of high blood pressure and developing cardiovascular disease.

3.Reduce stress• The most important thing is to prevent relaxation, enjoy

important for overall health and can help prevent and control many diseases and conditions.

10.Eating foods rich in fiber• Fiber is very important for the proper functioning
