The ACCM shall be composed of up to 30 members• Government representing the various sectors • Civil society, including but not limited to; NGOs, private/business

sector, academia, key affected populations/organizations and organizations of people living with the diseases• International organizations, including UN, Multi-lateral and Bi-

lateral agencies

ACCM executive committee

• The appointment of members and alternates to EC must be approved by ACCM• Changes in EC membership also has to be approved by ACCM•Membership of EC will be reviewed annually and ACCM should

approve members for coming year• Only approved members or their alternates and any special

invitees approved by EC chairman may attend CCM-EC meetings• EC shall elect a Chair and a Vice Chair, one of which must be a

woman• Chair of the ACCM shall not chair EC

ACCM functions

• Emergency decision-making when it is not possible to organize a full ACCM meeting• Completion of tasks assigned by ACCM • Recruitment of secretariat staff to ACCM • Oversight of secretariat and of ACCM budget• Oversight of all permanent and Ad Hoc committees• Formation and oversight of task teams or technical experts to

address specific issues on ad hoc basis• Review of reports from ACCM committees and task teams, and

communication with ACCM on key issues•Membership renewal and members’ compliance with GF

requirements

ACCM oversight committee• OC consists of a chair, a vice-chair and 7-10 members appointed

by the CCM• Up to 40% of OC can consist of non-CCM members• OC members cant be representatives of PRs or SRs• OC may co-opt or engage resource persons on ad hoc basis,

according to necessary skills and experience• Nomination for election of OC members are proposed by ACCM

including self-nomination in CCM Meeting

Oversight roles and responsibilities• Collect and analyzes relevant information• Organizes and carries of oversight visits to PRs, SRs• Submits recommendations from results of reviews, meetings,

and visits to ACCM and EC •Monitors follow-up actions and regular feedback to PRs and SRs•Monitors timely procurement, issues of supply chain

management, timely delivery and managing stock• Tracks performance of grants (achievement of targets)• Provides inputs to concept note development
