Restorative yoga benefits those sufferingfrom chronic illness, immune deficiency, andgeneralized fatigue from stress or sport.Individuals challenged with specific medicalconditions or life changes (pregnancy, menopause) may benefit from a private session. In a culture where people often overwork andunder-sleep, where anxiety level is high, restorative yoga is the perfect antidote tostress. Everybody’s health benefits greatlyfrom the practice of deep relaxation and fromthe awareness and release of breath. In thoseseminars you will explore classical restorativeposes as well as learn about the physiology ofthe relaxation response.
