Introduction

What makes The Xseed Compensation Plan unique?

The Xseed Compensation Plan has combined some of the most successful components of compensation plans

throughout history. It is one of the very first Unilevel / Binary crossover compensation plans where the volume gets

split over two commissions systems; one designed to pay weekly, while the other over time builds the monthly

stability that Executives will look for when it comes time to live the Xseed Lifestyle.

Add to that a Generational Check Match, Commissions Insurance, Some of the highest rank achievement Bonuses

and Lifestyle bonuses going all the way up to $10,000 per month and you have a winning combination.

Definitions

The following definitions will be used in this design document.

Bonus Period: Company defines the start date and end date for each period in which bonuses can be earned.

Qualification Period: The qualifying period is the period of time over which an Executive must meet certain

qualification requirements. The qualification Periods are as follows for this plan: Accumulative rolling five week

(Used for RPV only).

Points Volume (PV): A point value attached to each of the Company's products that are purchased by

customers and/or Executives.

Binary Volume (BV): Points Volume from a product that is assigned to the Binary Commissions system.

Unilevel Volume (UV): Points Volume from a product that is assigned to the Unilevel Commissions system.

Total Points Volume (TPV): Total Points Volume or TPV is the Total Points Volume accumulated between

the BV and UV for all of the products purchased by each customer or each Executive in a given month. This is used

for the Rank Qualifications both for Rank Points Volume, Leg Volume, Group Points Volume, and Qualifying

Group Points Volume.

Rank Points Volume (RPV): Volume that results from an Executive's purchases of Xseed products,

combining both Binary Volume and Unilevel Volume, and then adding the TPV of each of his Customers.

Group Points Volume (GPV): This is the total of all of the RPV figures in an Executive's Unilevel

Organization, excluding their own.

Unilevel Leg: This is the section of an Executive's Unilevel Tree that begins with one of the Personal Enrollees

of the Executive and everyone beneath that Enrollee. (See figure below)

Unilevel Leg Volume (LV): This is the total of all of the RPV figures in one leg of an Executive's Unilevel

Organization.

Unilevel Leg Limit (LL): This is the maximum GPV allowed to count from each leg in an Executive's

Unilevel Organization.

Width Qualification Number (WQN): The WQN dictates that no one leg may be more than a certain

percentage of an Executive's Qualifying Group Points Volume. This encourages Executive's to build width in their

organization.

volume affects your rank with the Compensation Plan.

Customer: Any person, persons, or entity who is purchasing products and is not an Executive.

Executive: Any person, persons, or entity who has purchased an Executive Jump Start Pack or a Welcome Kit

and has accepted the Xseed Terms & Conditions and Policies & Procedures.

Active Executive: Any Person who has completed the requirements to be an Executive and has obtained a

minimum of 100 PV in any given month by purchasing Xseed products via the Xseed website.

Sponsor: Any person, persons, or entity who has enrolled someone into the business as An Executive.

Enrollee: Any person, persons, or entity who has been enrolled by another Distributor as An Executive..

Binary Tree: An Executive is at the top of the structure. Under them are two legs; one on the left and one on the

right (See the Figure Below). In this Figure A and C fell on the Left Side of X's Binary Tree and B, and D fell on

the right side. Consequently, F, G, and H (who were sponsored by A) are also on the Left Side of X's Binary

Organization. When they enroll someone new, that person will go on one of those teams in a linear fashion under the

furthest person down that leg

Unilevel Tree: The Unilevel Tree is also known as the Sponsorship Tree and can be referred to as the personal

Enrollment Tree as well. The figure below represents a personal enrollment tree. In this structure those people who

were enrolled by "x" are in a horizontal line underneath "x". "A", "B", "C", and "D" were enrolled by "x" and are

the first level in his Unilevel Tree.

Qualified Leg: A qualified leg occurs when any Executive within an individual leg reaches a certain rank or

higher. Let's say that you are looking for a Bronze Ambassador Qualified Leg. In the figure below we would begin

with the pink leg or "Leg 1". If ANY of the Executives in Leg one are of a Bronze Ambassador Rank or above, then

the entire leg is a Bronze Ambassador Qualified Leg.

Rank: Ranks have been designed by the company to incentivize the Executives for certain metrics that have been

carefully selected to enhance behaviors that increase the chance of duplication in the organization.

Life Time Rank: The life time rank of an Executive is the highest rank that the Executive has achieved.

Paid As Rank: The Paid As Rank determines what your commissions will be paid based on the qualification

requirements you have met for that pay period. Paid as Rank can and often times will vary based on obtained

qualifications.

Dynamic Compression: Long considered as the true power behind any Unilevel or matrix compensation

system. In a Dynamic compression system the commissions and levels work a little differently and allow

Executives to be paid on levels much further down than the 7 levels as described by the compensation plan further

enhancing the opportunity for those who take it seriously and really build it big. In Dynamic Compression the

Commissions are generated from the order level up not from the distributor level down. (See Unilevel Team

Commissions).

PV Crossover: There is a dual Compensation System working here. A Portion of the Binary Volume will go to

Unilevel PV, and a portion of the Unilevel Volume will go into the Binary.

Commissions

Retail Sales

When an Executive enrolls an individual as a Customer into the Company website, and the new Customer orders

Products, The Executive is Qualified for Retail Commissions. There are no requirements for this bonus other than

being an Executive (See Rank Qualifications).

The Bonus is 25% of the retail price. (For as long as they are a customer) It is calculated weekly. The following

chart shows a list of Xseed product available to Customers and the corresponding Retail Commissions

Jump Start Commissions

When an Executive Enrolls someone as a new Executive and the new Executive orders a Jump Start Package, There

is a three tier Jump Start Commission that is created. There are no requirements for this bonus other than being an

Executive (See Rank Qualifications).

The Total Jump Start Bonus is approximately 24% of the retail price, but is paid out in three tiers. Tier one 50% of

the total Jump Start Commissions is paid to the New Executive's Enroller. Tier Two, 30%, is paid to the enroller's

sponsor, and Tier Three, 20%, is paid to the sponsor's sponsor. It is paid weekly. See the chart below for a list of

qualifying Jump Start Packages and the corresponding Jump Start Commissions.

Team Commissions (Binary)

With the Team Commissions, you have two teams, one team on your left and one team on your right. Every week

the BV is totaled for each side of the Binary Tree. Whenever the Binary Volume reaches 100 or greater on each side

by the end of the week a check of 10% - 20% of the smaller side is generated. You must be an Active Executive or

above to receive this bonus. (See Rank Qualifications). The percentage varies based on rank. (See the Chart

Below.)

For an Example let's say that your Left Team has 200 BV and your Right Team has 400 PV. Your Left Team would

be the smaller of the two. The system would deduct the smaller team volume from both teams and pay out a check

based on the volume of the smaller leg (200 in this case). The Check would be $20 in the case of a 10% payout, $30

in the case of a 15% payout, or $40 in the case of a 20% payout. The remaining 200 Volume from the larger team

would roll forward to the next week. The Payout is based on your rank. (See the Chart below.)

A limit of $20,000 per week has been placed on the Binary Commissions.

Volume flushes if Executive has been inactive (less than 100 RPV per month) for a period of more than 60

days.

An Executive may purchase additional products at the time they order their Jump Start Package, these

additional products do not generate Jump Start Commissions and are treated as normal monthly product

orders

Unilevel Commissions

When the Customers or Executives in an Executive's Personal Enrollment Tree order products in the ongoing

months, the Executive may be eligible to earn a percentage between 2% - 5% of those orders for seven levels. See

Table below for Rank Qualifications and the different levels of payout. You must be an Active Executive or above

to receive this bonus. (See Rank Qualifications). The amount of levels paid varies based on rank. (See the Chart

Below.)

Leadership Check Match

For building a large organization and helping other make money through the Unilevel Commissions you may

qualify for a matching percentage of the Unilevel Commissions earned by those in your team down 5 generations.

You must be Presidential Executive or above to receive this bonus. (See Rank Qualifications). The amount of

generations paid varies based on rank. (See the Chart Below.)

The Dynamic Check Match System will search down each leg to find the first Presidential Executive or above.

Your first generation would include everyone in pink and you would receive a check match of 5% on every

Executive's Unilevel check from this generation.

This is a brand new bonus designed to help you create additional income based on the activities that make you

money and create duplication. Whenever you get three new customers in a month at either 20PV 50PV or 100 PV

Retail Xseed with 3 (Example)

You enroll John, Sue and Mary, who each purchase Slender for $99.97. You receive a retail commission of $24.99

each. That is $74.97 in commissions. In addition to that, and any Binary Team or Unilevel Commissions earned for

having brought in 3 NEW Customers at over 20 PV each, you receive an additional $10 for your Xseed with 3

Bonus.

Jump Start Xseed with 3

Whenever you get three your first three NEW Executives within a calendar month that purchase fast start packages

at 100, 150 or 200 PV each, you get an additional bonus on top of the Jump Start Commissions, Binary

Commissions, and Unilevel Commissions earned for that Customer.

Jump Start Xseed with 3 (Example)

You enroll John, Sue and Mary, who each purchase a Better Health Jump Start Package for $249.97. You receive a

retail commission of $30.00 each. That is $90 in Jump Start Commissions. In addition to that, and any Binary

Team or Unilevel Commissions earned for having brought in 3 NEW Executive at the Better Health Package, you

receive an additional $50 for your Xseed with 3 Bonus.

Xseed Crossover

This is an industry first Xseed Health is running a Binary Compensation Sytem that pays weekly and a Unilevel

Compensation System that pays Monthly. To achieve this we have built a Crossover of PV for every Product

available. The Jump Start Packages are considered to be Binary Volume products, and all other products are

considered Unilevel products. The following description below describes what we have done with the PV for each to

create the Crossover.

Binary Volume Products

From Jump Start Packages 80% of the PV from these packages will go into your Binary Team Commissions

System, and 20% of the PV from these packages will go into your Unilevel Commissions System.

Unilevel Volume Products

From all product orders excluding Jump Start Packages 80% of the PV from these product orders will go into your

Unilevel Commissions System, and 20% of the PV from these product orders will go into your Binary Team

Commissions System.

Doublers

Unilevel Doubler

The Unilevel Commission Doubler Simply takes all of the Commissions paid in the Unilevel Commissions and

groups them by what level they were. Each level's commissions are added up and the Unilevel Commissions

Doubler, doubles the payment of the highest paying level. You must have a rolling five week RPV of 200 or more

to receive this bonus.

Example:

You have 220 RPV.

You were paid $100 in Active Executive level Commissions

You were paid $250 in Regional Executive level Commissions

You were paid $80 in National Executive level Commissions

You were paid $120 in Presidential Executive level Commissions

The Regional Executive level is the highest paying level, therefore the Doubler would pay you an additional $250.

The Xseed Leadership Check Match Doubler

Just like the Unilevel Commissions Doubler, The Check Match Commission Doubler Simply Takes all of the

Commissions paid in the Check Match Commissions and groups them by what Generation they were. Each

Generation's commissions are added up and the Check Match Commissions Doubler, Doubles the payment of the

highest paying Generation. You must have a rolling five week RPV of 200 or more to receive this bonus.

Example:

You have 220 RPV.

You were paid $1000 in 1st Generation Check Match Commissions

You were paid $250 in 2nd Generation Check Match Commissions

You were paid $800 in 3rd Generation Check Match Commissions

You were paid $1200 in 4th Generation Check Match Commissions

The 4th level is the highest paying level; therefore the Doubler would pay you an additional $1200.

Commissions Stabilizer

When an Executive reaches the ranks of Bronze Ambassador, Silver Ambassador, Gold Ambassador, and Platinum

Ambassador, they are making key decisions with regard to the amount of time they will be dedicating to their

business. This bonus gives them a stable income for these ranks giving them more security as they build to higher

ranks. It does that by adding up the JSC, Unilevel Commissions, Unilevel Doubler Commissions, Check Match

Bonuses, and Check Match Doubler. If the total of those commissions is less than the stabilizer amount, then the

stabilizer kicks in and pays the difference. It also sets inspiration for the next major rank above them.

On the table below, you will see the levels of Commissions Stabilizer available as well as the requirements for each

level. This is the only bonus or commission where we require the development of leadership in your organization.

So here, we introduce Qualifying Legs and a Power Qualifying Leg. In order to receive this bonus, you must not

only maintain the rank for three months but in those same three months must help develop 1 person anywhere in

each of three of your personal Development Legs to certain levels of leadership and help them maintain for either

three, four, five or six months. (See chart below)

You must meet and maintain the Rank Requirements and the Qualifying Leg Requirements to receive the

benefit of the stabilizer.

3-6 months of stabilizer dependent upon maintenance of the Corresponding Rank Only.

If your rank drops below the corresponding rank for more than 2 months, the stabilizer will be removed and

qualification must start from the beginning.

Rank Qualifications

Rank qualification has never been easier. No more messy balancing, leg qualifications etc. The ranks are based on

three factors… RPV, Personally Enrolled Active Executives, and Qualifying Group Volume.

Rank Points Volume or RPV is the Total Points Volume accumulated between the BV and UV for all of the

products purchased by yourself and each of your customers. It works on a rolling five week period which contains

the current week, plus the previous four weeks. RPV is not required for Retail Commissions, or Jump Start

Commissions. See the table at the end of this section for RPV requirements.

Active Personally Enrolled Executives. To achieve the rank of Active Executive, no Active Personally Enrolled

Executives are required. All other ranks require you to have 3 Active Personally Enrolled Executives. (See table

at the end of this section).

Qualifying Group Points Volume. To ensure that people are building correctly and to create a fair compensation

system, we have enacted a width Qualification number that helps us determine the Qualifying Group Points Volume.

To do this we take each personal Enrollment leg and add up all the UV and BV from every Executive and Customer.

This gives us your leg volume for each leg. We take the Leg Volumes and add them together to determine your

overall Group Points Volume. According to your Groups Point Volume we select the corresponding Width

Qualification number and multiply this by your Group Points Volume to come up with your leg limit. No leg

volume can be more than 35% to 45% of your total Qualifying Group Points Volume depending on the total Group

Points Volume.
