Toned Body
Bent Over Fly
Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out. Holding the band’s handles (right handle in left hand and the left in the right) in both your hands, loop the middle part on your toes
Now pull you hands back allowing the elbows to go behind the back. Do it for 15 reps.
Fasten the middle of a resistance band in any of your legs. The other leg must be behind giving a support and stability to the body while your perform the move.
If you have fastened the equipment in left leg hold the handles of the band in the right hand (opposite hand) and pull it back
Keep your body still during the move. You can switch leg after doing desired reps
These upper body resistance band exercises are quite effective. You should use in your regular fitness program
