Budget

•  Unpaid work from our volunteers – Total hours by our volunteers: 503h –  12 volunteers for the conference – 3 volunteers for all year long

2014

Problem

A lot of patients contact us via our website, asking for help. Most of them have very heavy diseases (cancer, AIDS, orphan disease…). They need a French doctor and/or a lawyer to help them. But very few professionals knows about medical cannabis in France.

UFCM 2014 needs to create and train a strong network of doctors and lawyers all over France. A lot of patients are suffering and our mission is to help them as more as possible!

Goals

•  Create a network of doctors and lawyers all over France to help patients when they contact us

•  International Conference in October •  Create a strong team to manage with efficiency all

requests from patients via our website (right now we get 3 emails / week from patients, 2 emails / week from journalists)

•  Develop media visibility and contact with politics •  Organize 3 mini conferences with French doctors

and politics (1 Paris, 1 Marseille, 1 TBD)

Conference October 2014

•  150 experts and patients from all over the world in Strasbourg

•  Focus on medical cannabis in Israel •  Speakers – 7-10 international experts TBA

Network & Communication

•  Network in Provence, Paris and Strasbourg, East of France –  Doctors: train doctors to medical cannabis and put patients in touch –  Politics: talks with politics about creation of a legal production and

experimentations we could launch soon –  Lawyers: help patients with legal issues

Organization To boost the growth of our network all over France

we create UFCM Strasbourg and Marseille.
