Fitness in Seattle is my new phrase. And I say it a lot because I feel
better, look better and am stronger.
Lab5 Fitness Center was the answer – and
it turned out to be Seattle’s secret
weapon in banishing boring exercise
routines.
Seattle fitness took on a whole new meaning after I
started my program Lab5 Fitness Center. I was actually enjoying going, and beginning
to look and feel better.

elements – Pilates, TRX Suspension exercise, Barre
movement, Yoga and Aerial Condition.
