19 000 registered patients in 16 months 20 300 e-payments / 850 K€ collected 2 000 e-admissions 596 appointment requests
…but it’s not enough !
The « customer approach » takes time to settle among hospital people
Only 50% of the registered patients used myHCL almost once
Remote follow-up is stopped by a lack of organization
