What is the difference among PAR20 , PAR30 and PAR38?

Before distinguishing, we should know what PAR means. PAR stands for “Parabolic

Aluminum Reflector”. The number after PAR indicates the diameter of the light. PAR20:

the 20 denotes that it is 20 eighths of an inch in diameter, so it should be 20/8 inch, about

64mm. So the PAR30 is about 95mm, PAR38 about 120mm.

As the above, the diameter is the main difference among the 3 LED PAR lights.

shaped housing. Different sizes of lenses are available that change the diameter of the

cone of light. The par lights used to replace the traditional halogen lamp. They usually
