Quit Smoking Stop Smoking , Really a necessary? Yeah it is!.I just thought I would share my experiences through this site so that the people who are like me will surely find a relief from smoking. Yeah I did quit smoking stop smoking and now I am much happier person than ever before. It all started at my very younger ages, I was so much eager to take my first puff and did it at the age of 12, from then on it just started to grown up in pace, it was just normal till my twenties and then suddenly it became an unavoidable habit in me, it just grew my and I could still remember that at my late twenties one to two pack of cigarettes a day was not satisfying my needs. Its after my marriage that things started to go wrong, my wife was not at all able to stand the passive smoking and she never liked the smell, So basically it created a trigger in my normal family life and we kind of started behaving like strangers , when all this was going on also I really knew that it was my fault and my wife was absolutely right, but my mental state was not at all willing to quit smoking. After the birth of our first child things became worse as my son started having breathing problems, which started hurting me a lot. Finally at my Thirty fifth birthday i made up my mind To Quit smoking Today itself, so that I could have a happy normal family life with my wife and kid. I am very thankful that I had the support from quit smoking stop smoking and it really helped me pull out my life from the smoke cloud. I have researched a Lot lately about the problems that smoking could bring and I thought I would share it with you all, to help you quit weed stop smoking or whatever that is creating troubles. Smoking damages nearly every organ in the human body, is linked to at least 15 cancers, and accounts for some 30 percent of all cancer deaths in the U.S., according the American Cancer Society. One in five deaths is linked to cigarette smoking, which equals an estimated 443,000 premature deaths each year. And an estimated 8.6 million Americans suffer from chronic conditions related to smoking, such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema and cardiovascular diseases. How Does Smoking Hurt Your CHILD? Approximately 26 percent of adults in the United States smoke cigarettes, and 50-67 percent of children under age 5 live in homes with at least one adult smoker, according to the American Academy of Otolaryngology. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, children’s exposure to secondhand smoke is responsible for between 150,000 and 300,000 lower respiratory tract infections in infants and children under 18 months of age, resulting in 7,500 to 15,000 hospitalizations each year. The EPA estimates that secondhand smoke is responsible for as many as 430 sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) deaths in the United States annually. According to the March of Dimes, smoking can cause complications during pregnancy, pose a serious threat to unborn babies, and even cause infertility. Studies suggest that smoking increases the risk of pre-term delivery and low-birth weight, which increases risk of serious health problems during infancy and chronic lifelong disabilities and even death.
