navigation system, which is accessible to common users in the process of way finding. What’s more, additional service information - (such as the procedure of the treatment, the timetable of appointments, friendly reminders, etc.) - is integrated in the system to improve the usage rate of e-directory system.

I wanna go to nose clinic, where I should go? Yes, there is a directory broad on the wall, maybe I can get help from it. Oh, there is too much information on such a small broad.

There are too many people around the enquiry desk, it will take a long time to go my turn.
