You should incorporate lean meat so as to burn fat, increase strength, and build muscles.  The PiYo dietIf you are going to purchase a PiYo pan, you will be able to access a complete approach to dieting. The diet plan can be tailored to suit not only your goal, but as well as your lifestyle. What is the ideal meal ratio? The total carbohydrate intake should be 40%, 25% of fat, and a total of 35% protein.

Creating a PiYo meal plan • You should calculate your calorie target, but keeping in mind your weight loss goal. • You should choose the right meal plan that will coincide with your calorie target. You can choose among four meal plans.  Plan A (1200 to 1399 calories). It includes four servings of primary vegies and grains, 2 servings of secondary vegies, 2 servings of fresh fruits, a total of 3 servings of healthy fats, and four serving of lean proteins.

What about plan B? The total caloric intake ranges from 1400 to 1599. It consists of 5 servings of primary vegetables, 2 servings of fresh fruits, 2 servings of vegies and grains, 4 servings of healthy fat, and a total of 5 servings of lean proteins.

In Plan C, there are 6 servings of primary vegies, a total of 2 servings of secondary vegies and grains, fresh fruits (3 servings), lean proteins (6 servings), and four servings of healthy fats.  Plan D has a total of 1800 plus calories. It includes six servings of primary vegies, secondary vegies and grains (3 servings), 3 servings of fresh fruits, healthy fats (4 servings), and a total of 7 servings of lean proteins.
