The 55th Medical Group and our TRICARE partners continue your

healthcare options after normal duty hours.

Emergency Care

Please call 911 or go to the nearest ER for medical emergencies. The 55 MDG does not provide emergency care. Prior approval from your PCM is not required for emergencies.

Urgent/Acute Care

Our Nurse Advice Line is available after duty hours, weekends, down days and holidays to ensure our patients can access quality healthcare 24/7/365.

The Nurse Advice Line is staffed with experienced triage nurses to offer homecare advice, refer patients to the nearest Urgent Care Clinic, or advise patients if a trip to the Emergency Room is necessary.

All Active Duty and TRICARE Prime patients must have prior authorization before Urgent Care visits.

55 MDG Hours of Operation Clinic Hours are 0730-1630 Monday-Friday with the following exceptions:

0900-1300 (Sat)Closed Sun-Mon

The clinic is closed 0730-1300 on the third Thursday each month for medical readiness and staff training.
