Introduction
• Nutrition and weight status are important determinants of pregnancy outcome, fetal growth, and future risks to child growth.[1]
• Nutrition communication during pregnancy is an important aspect to challenge the malnutrition during and after pregnancy in low resource setting.[1,2]
• In systematic survey of studies which gave antenatal dietary counsel, lessen the danger of preterm conception by 54% and build head periphery during childbirth[3]

Purpose • Pregnant ladies are needed to consume soundly
and be more open for nourishment related information for healthy pregnancy and outcome.
• Extensively explore the nutrition correspondence which is being provided during ANC clinics in the views of attendees.
• Further information of the recipients' viewpoints and encounters may be significant to tending to conceivable boundaries to nutritional correspondence in antenatal care.

Aims and Objectives
• The overall aim of this study is to improve the nutrition correspondence and nutritional status of pregnant women
• Objectives :
1. To determine the knowledge, attitude and perception of pregnant ladies to nutritional correspondences provided during ANC visits.
2. To explore the barriers for effective nutritional communication.
Research Question
• What is the status of knowledge, practice and perception of women about nutrition correspondence provided during ANC clinics ?
• What are the barriers for effective nutrition correspondence ?
Research Methodology
Approach
• Reference population of 108 villages in Okhalakanda block.
• Sample population to be selected by convenient sampling
• Simple Random sampling for village selection.
• Community based cross-sectional design
Data Tools
• Interviewer administered questionnaire.
• The questionnaire is to be developed and translated.
• Informed consent to be taken
• Exclusion criteria women not willing to take the interview
