L’exploració del cervell fetal és complexe i varia al llarg de la gestació
S’ha d’entendre les limitacions de l’ecografia de 20 set i posteriors
Ens hem d’acostumar a explorar el cervell utilitzant aproximació
multiplanar (2D y 3D)
Tot i fent´ho molt bé és esperable que postnatalment s’afegeixin defectes
que han pogut passar desapercebuts.
El pronòstic d’alguna d’aquestes lesions és difícil de definir
