The MindFit™ program and the Ichilov Study

Unequivocal proof that computer based cognitive training works

The first double-blind clinical trial, conducted by an independent 3rd party (the

Sourasky Medical Centre, Israel), to prove that computer based training improves the

cognitive functions of the 50-plus crowd.

Improvement in cognitive functioning is genuine

The study proved that the improvements realised were not just a function of the users

getting better at the respective games and exercises. The measurements of cognitive

functioning of study participants was undertaken using a validated and independent

3rd party neurological assessment software – NexAde.

DriveFit™ Accident Prediction Case Study

Objective:

To establish how accurate the DriveFit™ assessment program is as an indicator of

involvement in an "at fault" traffic accident.

Method:

The largest driving school in Canada was selected for the study. 168 driving instructors

agreed to participate. The DriveFit™ assessment program was used to gather data

regarding their cognitive levels. The driver’s "at fault" accident data was given to the

researchers.

Results:

29 drivers had an "at fault" vehicle accident. Of these 89.7% were correctly identified by the

DriveFit™ assessment program.

139 drivers were not involved in an "at fault" vehicle accident. Of these 87.8% were

correctly identified by the DriveFit™ assessment program.
