release of hormones that make you feel full. In conclusion, the ones who ate

within five minutes still wanted more ice cream when they were done, while

the others didn't.

Another way to slow down is take a sip of water after every single bite—

exercise for 20 minutes each time, 3 times a week, than 60 minutes each

time, 2 times a week.

Ok you may ask, how long is “short”? I would say 20 MINUTES EACH TIME

is fine. And make it at least 3 TIMES A WEEK. You may extend the length of each session when you feel more comfortable and do it naturally.
