What shoes are considered
flats?A ‘flat’ is a shoe with little to no arch support, a flexible or thin sole or one that even recoils when removed.
els or Flats?
flats are better for your feet.
False. For most women a shoe with some type of a heel is a far better choice than the flats or sandals. A heel, a practical one, of course, provides inherent arch support merely by the position of the foot in the shoe. It’s not at all unusual to be more comfortable in a heel for this reason. So, yes, style can equate to comfort!

Spending a full active day in flats with no arch support is comparable to being barefoot.
Be cautious with the slip-on flats and the amount of time you wear them. Wear what tends to feel best and be moderate with what fashion dictates!
