Panch Mahabhuta represents the structure and Tri-Dosha represents the functioning of this structure.

The Tri-Dosha regulates every physiological & psychological process in the living organism.

A harmonious state of the Tri-Dosha creates balance and health; on the other hand imbalance might be an excess or deficiency, creates disease.
