• Introduction of targeted ICT tools into
healthcare area;

• An integrated database of
pregnant women was created in
the oblast
• Planning of medical professionals

• Assessment of prenatal, intranatal
and postpartum complications

Result: doctors at the facilities and oblast specialists have timely access
to relevant information and can make decisions based on it: to refer the
pregnant woman to the level where she will be provided the best care
