ranging around 40,000-55,000 a year

There was not a set drinking age back then, the parents’ decide on it.

Drinking at a young age does disrupt normal growth and sexual development.

• Unwanted/Unplanned Sexual Activity

• Drug Abuse

• Legal Problems

About the other countries…

• Canada’s legal drinking age is from 18-19, depending on which city.

• Canada has a more strict driving policy of 0.00% BAC.

• Europe’s legal drinking age is 18.

• India’s drinking age is 25!

21 has not helped.

More closed door frat/sorority parties (unsupervised).

If people can sign up to join the army and serve their country at 18, then they should be able to drink at 18.

Statistics of mortality are still high.

There are still many drunk drivers.

There should be drinking permits to help.

Safety is First! People who drove more frequently, drank more, and are less

educated are more likely to engage in risky driving.

24% of people choose to ride with drunk drivers.

It does not only concern the consumer, but everyone around them.
