•You must control yourself from eating fatty foods that include lots of oil and butter. In breakfast choose toasts of wheat breads along with egg whites.

•Instead of milk coffee or tea, start your day with a cup of hot black tea or coffee. Rather adding sugar cubes, add spoonful of honey in your beverage.
