THEME:-DRUG ADDICTION

Spread awareness in the village about the drug

addiction and about the harmful effects of

drug addiction because of which villagers

promised to give up liquor/drug as soon as

possible

After a discussion with the Satya Bharti School

Lalori Kalan students and their parents, we felt

that the main reason of many students dropout is

their family conflict that occurs only due to drugs

and liquor addiction. Many students shared with

us how they have to face routine quarrels at home

due to their father’s addictive behaviour. So we

decided to take an initiative to spread awareness

among the villagers as to how this behaviour

causes stress in their normal family life.

We imagined such a village where each

youth will just think of his family and his

village progress and every youth not only

quit the liquor and drug himself but also

spread this message among his friends

.We imagined such a village where each

youth will be aware about his child

education thus we imagine the village

which is free from all types of alcohol and

drugs.

Individual meetings with the students

parents were held to spread awareness

and realize how addiction is taking a toll on

the health as well as spoiling their families

happiness and also they are pushing their

village toward

destruction.

ORGANISED A RALLY:- A rally

was also organized to aware

the villagers in which slogans

created by students were

displayed.

Organized a Nukkar Natak:-

Students performed a

nukkar natak based on drug

addiction in which it was

shown how a person spoiled

his own life and his family’s

life because of drug and

liquor, which was well

appreciated by Villagers
