For front line services stick to key health facts. Give link to more data for those who require it.
Where possible data needs to be local, providing a baseline for which to measure the outcomes of local intervention.
Use simple language, simple graphs and maps where possible.
Health Data Systems with interactive interface are favoured.

Services need to understand how health profiles can inform service planning and resource allocation.
Develop strategies to increase Health Profile usability by front line staff/management.
Treat health profiles as a product – market them!
