on December 14, 2014 .

During this inauguration ceremony, Mr. Shahid Iqbal

DPM SRSP Buner was of the view that with the

financial support of European Union under PEACE,

this Bridge has been constructed within four months,

by the immense participation of Village Organization

Olasi Khegera, Shahdam UC Amazai and overall

implementation was made by SMT-3 SRSP district

Buner .

He also shared the total cost of this scheme as well.

Total Cost = 2246447 PKR, Donor share = 2056318

PKR, Community Share = 190129 PKR. Total Works

Cost = 1728672 PKR and Labour Services Cost =

327644 PKR .This bridge benefiting 180 HH and

above. The proposed Span of the Bridge = 110 Rft

and width of the Bridge = 5 ft.

The honorable Deputy Commissioner immensely

appreciated the splendid efforts being made by SRSP

team. He said the way SRSP mobilize, organized and

involve local people to participate in their area

developments is the best example to empower the

local stake of the district.

During his speech he announced PKR-500000 for the

entrance and exit of Suspension Bridge Shahdam and

advised district council engineer to survey the subject

soon.

He thanked SRSP team and congratulated VO for their

participation in the construction of Bridge, which was

the prioritize need of the people of the village

Shahdam.
