performance budget management

More than 2000 major projects of central department

have been reviewed one by one, and further modified

its performance goals, thus we established a relatively

comprehensive budget targets and indicators system.

The performance goals and indicators were approved

with the central budget, which was equivalent to

signed a “responsibility letter” and strengthen the

binding of the performance goals.

For further expanding the scope of the budget performance management sector spending and enhance responsibility consciousness, we asked each department carrying out the budget performance, and ensure all the project of associated subordinate unit to implement self-evaluation on performance.

standing committee of the

National People‘s Congress

at first time.

A total of 69 central

government departments

carry out performance

management this year,

and 24 public project

performance evaluation

reports received widespread

high praise.
