Professionalism is not in one’s attire, position but it eventually undermines how coherently you take up your work, understand the work, delegate the work, customize the work, and bring the work to the logical completion with the employees in your organization. The practices discussed have to be inculcated, understood, and practiced on a day to day basis in order to be a professional.
