Present Scenario :At present Narayana Seva Sansthan has 492 Branches in India and 86 Branches internationally. Polio operations in Sansthan are performed by six (Full time) Ortho Surgeons. Apart from these 751 employees, attendants and other personals are deeply involved and providing services in the hospitals of the Sansthan.

It has been revealed that five million disable persons reside in the country of which more than 10% are operable and curable. For instance at headquarter nearly 250 patients visit Sansthan for consultation and O.P.D. every day. Besides these many patients are selected during the free polio surgical camps being organized at various palces of the country. But due to insufficient liquidity presently we are in a position to admit only 50 persons per day. It means we need to be strengthened more to serve nearly 80% of the needy persons for treatment who has to wait, sometimes a long, for their turn to come.
