RETENTION

• The foremost aims & objectives of Lions Clubs International is to serve the poor & needy. Service needs hands. More hands mean more service. The phenomenal growth of Lionism had its bearings on the quality & quantity of service around the world. But today the GROWTH of Lionism is at stake. For any organisation whether it is commercial, political, government or non government organisation like ours, GROWTH is the hallmark of success. Decline in sales / profit shall ring the danger bells of the commercial organisation, similarly decline in membership strenght is a warning bell for voluntary service organisation like Lions.
