Working with Trafford Housing Trust &

Manchester-based charity IAS

An extra care scheme for older & vulnerable people, designed to provide an outstanding quality of life with emphasis on independent living

On-site services for residents, visitors & the local community include a bistro restaurant, hairdressers,

private resident’s lounge, guest accommodation,

an activity area, ‘pamper’ bathroom &

multi-sensory room

Spacious modern homes

Extensive communal spaces, courtyards & landscaped gardens

Scheme is named in honour of Tameside

WPC Fiona Bone,

who was passionate about working with elderly and vulnerable people.

She was killed in the line of duty

Residents can help man

the main reception desk

Permanent employment for

8 carers, 1 scheme manager,

2 cleaners & 3 café staff

(private community enterprise)
