World e-Government Mayors Forum 2008• 33 cities adopted Seoul e-Government Declaration• Laid a foundation of the World e-Governments Organization
World Cities CIO Forum 2009• 42 cities agreed that:
a. The mayor of Seoul provisionally preside over Inaugural General Assembly.
b. The Secretariat of the Organization will place in Seoul.
