E-government

Big  demand  from  civil  servants

Big  demand  from  citizens

for  Digital  Services.  No  more  paperwork.

No  supply  of  solutions.

Little  penetration  of  e-government  across

the  board

E-government

• E-government is  a  big  challenge  for  all  citizens  and  civil  servants.  There  is  a  big  demand  for  tools  and  Digital  Services.

• Digital  Services  are  everywhere.  Renewing  documents,  payments,  taxes,  permits…  every  time  the  government  needs  to  interact  with  their  citizens,  there  is  an  opportunity  to  create  a  digital  service.

• Digital  Services  connect  citizens  and  governments  in  a  digital  environment  where  data,  validation,   identification,  consolidation  and  reporting   is  more  efficient.

Digital  Services

• To  create  Digital  Services we  need  to  move  everything  from  paper  to  digital.

• And  once  is  moved,  we  need  to  think  about  the  workflow,  data  management  and  reporting.

From  Paper  to  Digital

• Our  approach is  direct  and  down  to  earth.  We  can  create  a  Digital  Service  from  a  Word  Document.  As  simple  as  it  sounds,  it  is  very  efficient  and  productive.

• Any  Form,  any  Contract,  any  Legal  requirement  can  be  transformed  into  a  Digital  Service.  Everything  becomes  a  digital  document  you  can  share,  fill  in  and  sign  online.

• Our  solution  works  everywhere.  Desktop,  mobile,  tablet.

eIDAS compliant

• The  new  directive,  titled  “Regulation  on  Electronic  Identification  and  Trust  Services  for  Electronic  Transactions  in  the  Internal  Market”  (eIDAS),  is  intended  to  resolve  conflicts  between  E.U.  member  states  and  create  a  new  framework...

• If  you  are  signing  a  contract  with  an  E.U.-based  supplier  or  wholesaler,  you  can  best  ensure  the  enforceability  of  that  contract,  starting  in  July,  by  using  an  eIDAS-compliant  signature  provider

• European  Commission

100% digital  services

• Now  we  have  all  the  resources  needed  to  create  100%  Digital  Services.

• We  have  the  e-signature  protocol  (eIDAS).

• We  have  the  tools  and  the  service  providers.

• We  have  the  demand and  we  have  almost  80%  of  the  citizens  online.

• Docxpresso  offers  a  tool  that  connects  all  these  elements  together.

• Docxpresso   is  open  source  and  easy  to  install.

Workflow

• All  the  elements  to  create  a  Digital  Service  are  there.

• From  June  2016  every  government  needs  to  be  eIDAS compliant.

• That  means  every  form  needs  to  be  eIDAS ready.

Page 11: E-government eIDAS - June 2016

Our  approach

• Our  software  creates  a  white  label  platform  where  documents,  users,  e-signature,  workflow,  data,  works  together  creating  Digital  Services.

• Easy  to  use  is  our  first  priority  and  we  aim  to  solve  a  problem  using  your  current  platform  (Office)  and  not  creating  a  new  one.

• There  is  no  lock-in,  open  source  solution.
