Affordable Homes Programme 2011-15

We’ve invested £500K AHP funding in 16 new affordable homes for rent,

which replace a disused petrol station & car repair workshop

Working with Sanctuary (housing provider),

Kier Living (contractor), Falmouth Town Council

The timber-framed, energy efficient homes have been designed to complement the coastal location and the style of surrounding buildings

Kier Living offered 1 new bricklaying apprenticeship on the site as the homes were built, plus the opportunity for 3 existing apprentices to work on the project
