CASE NO. 608F Consider a request of Myles A Caudill,

applicant, representing La Pilla Ventures,LLC, owner, for the significance andcompatibility review of the proposedreplacement structure located at 209 AlbanySt under Demolition Review Ordinance No.1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish73% of the main structure’s street-facingfaçade on the west side and add to theexisting main structure.

The proposed structure is 25’ 5” in height(max allowed 33’) as measured fromaverage grade.

The proposed structure addition complieswith all required setbacks for the mainand accessory structures.

The proposed structure addition will havean exterior comprised of siding to matchthe existing material.

The proposed roof will be comprised of acomposition shingle roof.

The home was built in 1908 according tothe Bexar County Appraisal District.

ARB RECOMMENDATION

On December 15, 2015 the ArchitecturalReview Board considered the request,found no significance in the existingstructure, found the proposedreplacement structure to be compatible,and recommended approval of thedemolition request.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION Postcards were mailed to property owners

within a 200-foot radius of the property,appropriate notice was posted on the Citywebsite and a sign was posted on theproperty
