America’s Legal Counsel Baker Donelson Berman Caldwell & Berkowitz’ (hereinafter “Baker Donelson” and includes its Lawyers/Attorneys, Lobbyists,

Advisors, Agents, Employees, Representatives, Clients, etc.) role(s) in the

RACIST/DISCRIMINATORY/TERRORIST attacks leveled against Newsome; PLEASE BE ADVISED that (as a matter of law) Newsome is entitled to be advised of ALL

CONFLICT-OF-INTERESTS that exist in the handling of the requested MANDATORY inquiry(s)/investigation(s) and HOW such CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST issues are RESOLVED - i.e. matters of PUBLIC POLICY,

INITIATE INVESTIGATION(S) and PROSECUTION of the Law Firm of Baker Donelson for its RACIST/DISCRIMINATORY/TERRORIST acts leveled of and

against Vogel Denise Newsome as well as other citizens of the United States of America as well as those leveled against Foreign/International

and/or investigation(s) for purposes of PRESERVING evidence in that Baker Donelson is WELL KNOWN for DESTROYING evidence, etc. for purposes of OBSTRUCTING Federal Investigations, OBSTRUCTING the ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE, etc. to obtain an UNDUE/UNLAWFUL/

6) IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION of U.S. EEOC (Jackson, Mississippi) Area Director Wilma Jones Scott and ALL EEOC employees (i.e. as Antonio Jones,

Willie Churchill, etc.) WITHOUT severance/pension, retirement benefits, etc. found to have engaged in the OBSTRUCTION of Federal Investigation(s) and

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE/ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE in the handling of

the above-referenced EEOC Charge No. 423-2015-00802, etc.

7) The United States of America’s Government/Congress IMMEDIATELY LAUNCH INVESTIGATION(S) into the UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL implementation of

“Employment Disclosure Statements” as the following which clearly are in VIOLATION of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and appears seeks to PUNISH and TARGET “Whistleblowers” and “Members of Protected Class, etc.” for bringing Civil actions for employment violations:
